If you are not completely happy with your purchase we are pleased to offer and exchange or full refund (minus any cost of shipping).
Items to be returned must be in a saleable 'as new' condition. That is, they must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags/original packaging and must not have any stains/odours.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any goods that do not comply with our returns stipulations. Understandably, failure to comply with the above may mean refunds are refused.
Please note that returns postage is to be paid for by the buyer and all refunds will be minus original shipping costs.
Please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that goods are returned in a responsible manner. We would always recommend tracked delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for goods that have been damaged/lost due to poor returns packaging/sent via an unsuitable returns delivery method.
Should you require an exchange for your purchase(s) please follow the instructions on the returns note provided with your delivery.
